Charlotte is paws down one of the most dog friendly cities in the country! From breweries to stores, restaurants to parks, we're breaking down all of our favorite dog friendly spots. Since everyone loves breweries, we'll start there!
If you're familiar with the brewing scene in Charlotte, then you know that the options are truly endless! Today we'll focus on our top ten recommendations:
- Sycamore Brewing
If you frequent KeenDog group classes, then it's likely you've likely met us here for a pack walk and hangout! Located right on the rail trail, Sycamore is a great jumping off point for exploring all that South End has to offer! - Birdsong Brewing Co.
Founded on friendship, bring along your best dog-friend and enjoy 20 different beers on tap, food trucks, and a large outdoor area with plenty of shade and fans! - Brewers at 4001 Yancey
One of Charlotte's biggest and best! Though dogs aren't allowed inside, enjoy a cold pour in Yancey's beer garden, covered patio, or partially enclosed patio. And can't forget the enclosed run available for social dogs! - The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery

NoDa brewing is an ideal spot to enjoy nice weather! Regular events include live music, trivia, and other forms of entertainment. Grab some food from a food truck, and enjoy a meal with your pup. They even offer doggie treats! - Wooden Robot Brewery
An urban farmhouse brewery, Wood Robot is known for it's cool atmosphere, craft beer, and dog-friendly patio. Keep an eye out for dog-themed events like "Puppies & Pajamas" and Halloween costume contests! - Hi-Wire Brewing
